Your preorder payment
Every preorder takes a $25 deposit now, credited toward your total product price. Kyntrix OS: $100 total and $75 remaining. Kyntrix AI: $100 total and $75 remaining. Kyntrix OS + AI combo: $150 total and $125 remaining. All amounts are in USD.
Saved card and one later charge
Before placing a preorder, you must separately authorize Square to store a card and Kyntrix to charge the exact remaining balance once when your product is ready. The checkbox is not preselected. Creating an account and allowing ad measurement do not provide billing authorization. There is no subscription.
Kyntrix is in development. A release date has not been announced. A later charge is eligible only when the selected product is ready and its saved authorization is still active. Kyntrix reviews release billing before starting a charge. We do not automatically increase the authorized amount.
Your card details
Square stores your card. This website does not receive card numbers or security codes. Kyntrix keeps encrypted provider references and limited card details to identify the saved card. If the deposit method cannot be saved, we may ask you to finish card setup using Square-hosted secure fields. Saving a card does not itself make an additional payment.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Use the Withdraw future billing control for a preorder in My account before a balance charge starts. This blocks future billing under that authorization and requests disabling the saved card at Square. A charge already processing may need support assistance.
All amounts paid are fully refundable before the product is delivered. Withdrawal of billing authorization does not automatically cancel or refund an existing payment. To cancel and request a refund, email kyntrixaios@gmail.com with the product and Square receipt. The owner processes refund requests through Square.
