You can get a full refund of everything you’ve paid, including the deposit, at any time before your product is delivered. To request a refund, email kyntrixaios@gmail.com.
Include your product and Square order ID if available so we can find your order. Don’t include payment card details or passwords.
This policy covers preorders placed on this site. Kickstarter pledges are separate; this refund policy and the worker reimbursement don’t apply to them.

What should I keep after ordering?
Keep your Square order confirmation and order ID. Check that the product and amount match your choice. The merchant shown by the supplied payment links is Kyntrix OS + AI.
When is the remaining balance charged?
Each $25 deposit is credited toward the total price. OS or AI has a $75 balance; the combo has a $125 balance. A separate, unchecked authorization at preorder checkout allows Square to store your card and Kyntrix to charge that exact balance once when the product is ready. A release date has not been announced. Withdraw future billing in your account before a charge starts. Withdrawing billing authorization does not automatically refund a payment; request your full refund before delivery through support.
Can I use Kyntrix on my current PC?
The first OS target is x86-64 desktop and laptop hardware. A tested hardware list and minimum requirements have not been published. ARM64, Pi, and mobile are roadmap targets, so these screenshots do not establish compatibility with your device.
How does the 15% reimbursement work?
Worker PC volunteers get 15% of the full purchase price back once their purchase is paid in full: $15 for Kyntrix OS or Kyntrix AI, or $22.50 for the OS + AI combo. A $25 deposit on its own doesn’t qualify until the remaining balance is paid ($75 for OS or AI, or $125 for the combo). The Square checkout price stays the same. Onboarding, verification, and claim instructions will be announced on the community page. Kickstarter pledges aren’t covered.

What is the Web desktop demo?
The optional Web desktop is this website built in the style of the Kyntrix OS Mk 1 desktop. Its panels open website pages, and its instruments show facts about your browser and the project. The native OS captures are real development screenshots; the website does not boot or install the OS.
